Refund/Return Policy:
At Healthee, we strive to deliver quality products and the highest level of customer satisfaction. As a result, we offer our customers an industry leading return policy. Customers that are not satisfied with the quality of the product received and customers that receive damaged products are eligible for returns in exchange for store credits, exchanges, or replacements.
Eligible returns: Healthee will cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. Eligible returns will be determined by Healthee on a case by case basis. Customers may request to return products within 7 days of receipt of merchandise in accordance with all the following terms and conditions:
• The product must be in its original selling condition. It must not be opened, removed from its original packaging, consumed, or damaged by the customer in any way.
• Customers must have a valid reason for the return and must provide proof of product quality or product manufacturing issues
• If customers notice that the product has been damaged during shipping, the customer should refuse shipment of goods.
Other returns: Healthee will not cover the cost of return shipping for non-eligible returns. Non-eligible returns are all returns that are not defined as eligible returns by Healthee (e.g., lacks a valid reason for return). In order to receive store credit or exchanges on non-eligible returns, the merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt by the customer and must comply with the following:
• The product must be in its original selling condition. It must not be opened, removed from its original packaging, consumed, or damaged by the customer in any way.
Shipments for returns must be tracked and insured. Healthee is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during delivery of returned products.
